Working on something new in the kitchen.
We’re developing a spice rub inspired by the bold aromatics of the Middle East and the layered heat and fragrance of Chinese cuisine. Seeds, chiles, and spices getting toasted, tasted, and balanced until it feels just right.

Still dialing it in — but it’s already smelling pretty incredible.

Restaurants are never built by one person. They’re built by a team.

The people in this photo are part of the crew that makes Dr. Jones what it is every day — but they’re not the whole story. There are many more faces behind the scenes, on different shifts, in the kitchen, on the floor, and helping in ways big and small.

We couldn’t do this without every single one of them.

Grateful for the hard work, the long days, the laughs, and the pride everyone puts into this place.

This little restaurant only exists because of the people who show up and care.
